$9.90 USD per month, including applicable tax. Renews every month until you cancel. Creating an account or receiving a sign-in link does not start a subscription. Payment begins only when you confirm your subscription in Stripe Checkout.

What you receive

A private browser workspace for your family to record or write stories, listen to saved recordings, read stories, ask questions and download a digital ZIP archive. One family can have one designated storyteller and up to 15 members. The current limits are 500 stories, 512 MiB of family storage and 8 MiB per uploaded recording. You can see whether an upload, export or other request has completed in your workspace.

English transcript drafts may be offered when local transcription is available. They can contain mistakes. Compare a draft with the recording and explicitly save your corrections; Narramo does not replace your story automatically. Original recordings remain separate.

Telephone calls and printed books are not included in this digital plan. A separately arranged telephone pilot requires its own invitation and recording consent. Book images on the site show a concept, not an item purchased with this subscription.

Who may use it

The owner and invited participants must be at least 18 and live in the United States. Invite only people who expect the invitation. Each storyteller makes their own recording choice. Do not record others without their permission or upload material you are not entitled to share with your family.

Billing and cancellation

Stripe processes the monthly payment. Your checkout shows the amount and recurring schedule before you pay. Your workspace becomes available for new stories after the service verifies payment. A return to our website alone is not confirmation of payment.

To stop renewal, open Billing in your family workspace, choose Request cancellation and confirm. There is no telephone call or retention questionnaire. The page shows the request and then the provider-confirmed cancellation. A confirmed cancellation preserves access for the period already paid; it does not charge for another period. Contact [email protected] if the request remains pending or you cannot sign in.

When the paid period ends, you cannot add new stories or recordings. Existing authorized access still permits reading, listening, exporting and requesting deletion. Download a copy for your family: this is a digital service, not a promise of permanent storage.

Billing problems and refunds

Use Request a refund review in Billing for a disputed or incorrect charge, or email [email protected]. A request is reviewed and is not a confirmed refund. Confirmed refunds are returned through the payment provider; bank processing time can vary. Cancellation and deletion do not automatically request a refund. Nothing here limits a refund or other remedy required by law.

Your stories and privacy

You keep your rights to the material you provide. You permit us and our service providers to store, process and display it only to operate the service for your family. We do not use your stories or recordings to train AI models. Family workspaces are private but are not end-to-end encrypted; authorized service infrastructure and operators have technical access. See our Privacy Policy and the recording notice before saving audio.

The family owner can revoke invitations and request an archive or family deletion in Privacy & keepsakes. Deletion immediately revokes workspace access and queues permanent removal and stopping renewal. The interface distinguishes a request from completion. Necessary billing and consent records can remain where required to administer the transaction or meet legal obligations.

Service and support

Keep your private sign-in links confidential. Narramo may pause new activity during an outage, an unresolved payment or misuse; we do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free transcripts.
